Scottish Design takes a bite of the Big Apple

New York’s fashion glitterati have welcomed the best of Scottish design talent to their shores. As part of Scotland Week’s festivities, editors and buyers from across the Big Apple are gathering in the trendy Chelsea districtto view the collections at Scotland Re:Designed, an industry led initiative to showcase the best Scottish fashion and textiles businesses to America’s top fashion buyers and media. The twelve chosen exhibitors – Belinda Robertson, bebaroque, Caerlee, Common People, Eribé, Euan McWhirter, Henrietta Ludgate, Judith R. Clark, MYB Textiles, Rosie Sugden, Timorous Beasties and William Chambers – are receiving a warm recognition from over 200 American buyers who are visiting the showroom.
